Updates prose/documentation to refer to the products as "GeoIP"/"GeoLite" instead of "GeoIP2"/"GeoLite2", and changes the web service error-message prefix from "GeoIP2" to "GeoIP" (with matching test + changelog updates). Technical identifiers (namespace, filenames, edition IDs, the geolite.info hostname, the GeoIP2-API user-agent, URLs) are unchanged.

Refer to the products as 'GeoIP' and 'GeoLite' rather than 'GeoIP2'/
'GeoLite2' in prose, and change the web service error-message prefix from
'GeoIP2' to 'GeoIP' (with matching test and changelog updates). Technical
identifiers (namespace, filenames, edition IDs, hostnames, URLs, the
GeoIP2-API user-agent) are unchanged.

Code Review

This pull request rebrands and renames references from "GeoIP2" and "GeoLite2" to "GeoIP" and "GeoLite" across the codebase, including documentation, composer.json, build scripts, source code comments, and exception messages. There are no review comments, so I have no feedback to provide.
