I don't mind the changes to build.yml because why not, but unless you feel strongly about it I would drop dependabot (which is extremely spammy from my PoV). |

it is set up for every 2 weeks on the only the GHA actions. As mplcairo is using only I would rather leave it there and doing nothing so if we do add another action in the future we do add actions that are pinned the robots will automate updating them. If I am wrong and it is being spammy we can turn the cadence down or remove it. |

I've rebased, squashed the first two commits, and committed to main. Let's see how this goes... |
