I was about to merge, but renovate's own "stability-days" check is failing. I'm not sure I understand, since I assumed that the dependency cooldown setting would delay submission of an update (as it does in uv, pip, and dependabot).

Renovate's dependency cooldown doesn't work with lockfile updates yet: renovatebot/renovate#41607 . current workaround is to set it in uv. so these updates only include upgrades that meet the cooldown, even though the status check is yellow
