Extend mapbox view with the navigation sdk integration

In this version I've integrated Mapbox Navigation SDK 3.5.0 into the current Mapbox View widget without Navigation UI (I think navigation ui componenets must be exposed in separete flutter package).
Besides, this version expose NavigationLocationProvider which allows to fetch current user location when process running on background.
