Thanks so much for the work here, and really appreciate the contribution.

I think InfinityText overlaps quite a bit with ScrollBasedVelocity in terms of functionality. It may be better to either:

1. absorb this as an example/use-case of ScrollBasedVelocity, or
2. add a prop to ScrollBasedVelocity to disable scroll reactivity (so it can behave like a fixed-speed infinity marquee).
