Actively Exploited CVEs label enhancement

This pull request addresses Issue #669 including all 3 aspects:

• Being able to customize the label itself.
• Being able to use Yes or No instead of True or False as the output.
• Being able to use the CVE Count for the update as the output.

It adds two additional configuration profile preferences to the section:

• activelyExploitedOutput - Modifies the output format of the Actively Exploited CVEs field (if enabled). Use TorF for True/False, YorN for Yes/No, use Count for actual count of CVEs. Lowercase is accepted, any other values will result in default of True/False.
• activelyExploitedText - Modifies the label for Actively Exploited CVEs (if enabled). Length of text may cause label to span more than one line.

I have included an updated JSON configuration list with the new values added.
