feat: Support alias requests via WebView bridge

Background

• This PR adds support for triggering user alias requests from a WebView via a JavaScript bridge. The WebView UI initiates the action, but the alias request is executed natively using the Android mParticle SDK.

• Introduces a JavaScript interface to allow WebView content to trigger alias requests
