Summary

Upgraded org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin to 1.9.x
Updated kotlinCompilerExtensionVersion to match the new Kotlin version
Bumped compileSdk from 33 to 34
Updated roomVersion to ensure compatibility with Kotlin 1.9
Adjusted Gradle and build configurations as needed for compatibility
