This PR fixes error that occurs when cloning repo using git.
These fixes are also made for sub-modules file, allowing --recursive flag to process them. Below is shown attempt to process sub-modules without the fix:

The emulation stopped working. @eggfly said to me that it was fixed, but no.:
This happens with every app that is shown ax example. the following screenshot is from running user demo.
But before, the emulation worked. I may be single person that experiences that so if that's the case, I can sync my fork to get it merged.
Finally I added instructions for installation of dependencies on fedora Linux.
