The existing description did not reflect the name change of `DeveloperApp` and `DeveloperAppConfig` to `App` and `AppConfig`, respectively. It also did not correctly reflect the shape of `AppConfig`.

This PR updates the README, which not reflect the name change of
DeveloperAppandDeveloperAppConfigtoAppandAppConfig, respectively. It also corrects the documented shape ofAppConfig.
