Pass in a YAML true value as __bootc_validation: true using
the --extra-vars option to ensure that __bootc_validation is
treated as a boolean and not a string value.

-e "__bootc_validation: true"

You can also use JSON format:

-e '{"__bootc_validation": true}'

but YAML is simpler in this case.

Summary by Sourcery

Add detailed guidance for running CI tests locally with tox-lsr and QEMU, bump tox-lsr version across workflows, ensure __bootc_validation is passed as a YAML boolean, and update rerun logic to include cancelled runs.

CI:

  • Bump tox-lsr dependency to version 3.11.1 in all GitHub Actions workflows
  • Pass __bootc_validation as a YAML boolean extra-var in the QEMU integration tests
  • Include cancelled workflow runs in tft_citest_bad rerun logic

Documentation:

  • Add instructions for running CI tests locally using tox-lsr with QEMU in contributing.md

This PR ensures the __bootc_validation flag is passed as a YAML boolean rather than a string in CI, bumps the tox-lsr dependency across workflows, refines TF test failure detection to include cancelled runs, and enriches the contributing guide with local QEMU CI testing instructions.
