Summary

Clarify that AI writeback pull requests are opened by the Lightdash GitHub App, not by the user who connected the app or triggered the writeback.

Changes

  • Add a short note to the AI writeback guide explaining that the PR author in GitHub is the app bot, and that the triggering user is recorded as a commit co-author and tracked inside Lightdash.

Context

Source PR: lightdash/lightdash#23796 changed AI writeback so commits and PRs are always authored by the Lightdash GitHub App installation instead of inheriting the OAuth identity of whoever connected the app. The previous behavior attributed every writeback PR to one person regardless of who asked for the change; the new behavior attributes them to the app bot and preserves the triggering user via co-author metadata. The existing docs didn't describe PR authorship, so users reviewing PRs will notice the new bot author — this note sets that expectation.

cc @charliedowler for review (author of the source PR).
