📖 Description

In this PR, documentation about the new functionality to upload notes to OSM was added. There were 3 diagrams added with their respective SVGs. The c4 model was used, so in this PR I made a new folder named design where I created diagrams of 3 of the 4 levels that are specified in this type of modeling (System context, containers and components diagram)
