Ok this works now. I am not sure we should be using this URL though.
There is a release with k8s v1.35.0: https://github.com/flatcar/sysext-bakery/releases/tag/kubernetes-v1.35.0.
The reason it doesn't work with the URL we used to use, is that it isn't included in the "metadata" release: https://github.com/flatcar/sysext-bakery/releases/tag/kubernetes.

Hey! Thanks for the heads-up, there is an upstream issue as well: flatcar/sysext-bakery#202. I'll have a look :)

This should be now solved, it was a side effect of another component in the bakery that messed up with the automation. The workaround on this PR can be reverted. :)
