- add Playwright config, p0/p1/p2 specs, fixtures and helpers
- add scheduled Playwright GitHub Actions workflow
- add yarn scripts and @playwright/test, @axe-core/playwright deps
- add data-testid hooks on Contributor, ToolContainer and contributors list
- ignore Playwright artifacts and exclude tests/ from app tsconfig
- update AGENTS.md SCSS naming guidance to camelCase
- drop empty h2 selector in ArticleSection styles
