Add comprehensive Hermes Germany (HSI) shipping integration

features:

  • Shipment creation and cancellation with OAuth2 password flow authentication
  • Pickup scheduling, modification, and cancellation
  • Label generation (PDF, ZPL, PNG formats)
  • Support for Standard, Next Day, Stated Day, and Parcel Shop delivery services
  • Support for parcel classes XS–XL and product types
  • Support for shipping options including COD, signature and identity services, dangerous goods, bulk/compact parcels, customer alerts), multipart shipments, and delivery restrictions

API Endpoints:

Integration follows Karrio carrier integration guide with:

  • Generated Python data classes from JSON schemas
  • OAuth2 token caching
  • Functional programming patterns
  • Comprehensive error handling
  • Full plugin metadata configuration
