I do believe thats just because the GHA is using the master branch, so it's failing in the issue this was intended to fix. Late yesterday PyYAML pushed 6.0.1 which I believe would alleviate the need for this. |

@karancode worth re-running this branch to check it still works and then fixing? |

I have tested in our environment. The issue stems from Cython in Alpine images.
