p.s. I branched from my docker branch. so there are some commits in this branch that look like they belong to that branch. But I deleted the Dockerfile in this branch, so it won't get pulled. srry for that |

I'm not sure if we should pull this notebook/James one/Or make one together. But it would be nice to have a share notebook.
This notebook works upto but not including 8.3. The mofa analysis in 8.3 crashes after a while on my laptop. It looks like it crashes once my RAM is full (16GB). It runs for a little longer when I run the analysis in an R terminal. Maybe James can run it on his desktop?
Anyway, they provide a file in 8.3 where they did the analysis for us. So we can use that if we cannot get the analysis to work.
Maybe somebody else can finish the notebook with the provide file?
