A new version (0.16.0) was released. Cherry-picked from: libass@18a53fd
libass is bumped to current master, everything else to its latest release. Cherry-picked from: libass@8db03e5
New features and fixes:
- LayoutRes{X,Y}
- handle anamorphic blur correctly
- support v4++’s \kt
- support SSA’s AlphaLevel
- parse integer headers like VSFilter
- parse ScriptType header
