LGTM.
Fixed CI by updating to latest gateway-conformance@v0.10 (v0.8 failed because we had IPIPs which relaxed some requirements, e.g. removed conversion support)
Merging, going to build staging image and deploy to staging, If that looks fine after 2-3h, we will likely cut a Rainbow release and deploy to all boxes.
