Add `jxl` and `qoi` to the list of file extensions recognized as image formats.

Even if they aren't supported by default on most browsers
due to a certain project that shall not be named, I would appreciate the IPFS webui recognizing that my library of JPEG-XL images as images. I also decided to add QOI while I was at it.If anyone has any other extensions they'd want to have added, I am more than welcome to do so.
