Pins direct GitHub Action references in repository workflows and composite actions to immutable commit SHAs. Updates action refs to the latest resolved versions where newer tags exist, including checkout v6.0.2, github-script v9.0.0, artifact actions v7/v8, create-github-app-token v3.1.1, and changelog-driven-release v1.0.14. Expands pin comments to exact tag names where appropriate, while leaving ipdxco/unified-github-workflows and ipfs/aegir comments as main. Leaves generated reusable workflow template fallback behavior unchanged.
