It was dead code
Removed old commons-io from HM dependecy jar edu.colostate.omslab This is a temporary solution to enable deployment to proceed. Not working obviously in eclipse

The executable POM excludes the 'commons-io' library from HM's dependencies to avoid errors.
It's not the best solution, but it's a solution.
