Move the Radiomaster NEXUS X/XR board documentation from the target source directory to docs/boards/NEXUSX.md, following INAV convention for board documentation placement. Replace the original README with a short stub pointing to the new location. Also fix inherited typo (periperals -> peripherals) and add trailing newline.
