This commit includes the following changes: - Moved the mediaDb.json file to a new location in .frontmatter/database/. - Added a new taxonomyDb.json file in .frontmatter/database/. - A new package-lock.json file has been added. - Modifications have been made to the footer and header components to adapt the display of the logo in dark and light modes. - The configuration file src/config.ts has been modified to support these changes.
