This brings in the changes introduced up to pbrisbin/dbmigrations@e93fc92, excluding the Dockerization (which may be valuable, but as that Docker image was built under their username for the namespace instead of haskell-github-trust, I did not include it here.) @pbrisbin if you're interested in including the dockerization upstream, let's chat.
