  • Reverted the std:: qualifier to string throughout phonenumberutil.
  • Reverted absl::string_view to std::string parameters.
    Metadata changes:

  • New geocoding data for country calling code(s): 1327 (en), 1942 (en)
  • Updated carrier data for country calling code(s):

    594 (en), 596 (en), 852 (en, zh), 963 (en), 995 (en), 1671 (en)
  • Updated / refreshed time zone meta data.
