Bumps the pinned MCP gateway container version from v0.0.80 to v0.0.82.

DefaultMCPGatewayVersioninpkg/constants/constants.goand corresponding test.lock.ymlfiles to propagate the version change to Docker image references (ghcr.io/githubnext/gh-aw-mcpg:v0.0.82)The version constant change automatically flows through the workflow compiler to update all container image references in the generated GitHub Actions workflows.
