+Context of Discovery & Fraud: The individual operating the account Oogway77 was briefly engaged by our company as a remote [private]. We have since discovered they gained this position using a fraudulent identity. Attached are the counterfeit document (including U.S. Passport) they provided during onboarding. You will note the "Place of Birth" ([private]) and MRZ formatting do not meet U.S. Department of State standards.

+The repository https://github.com/Oogway77/mnoDApp contains proprietary source code stolen by this individual during their fraudulent "employment." They are currently using this repository as a ransom tool, toggling it to "Public" whenever we refuse to pay their extortion demands.

+Description of Infringement: The repository is the entire stolen, proprietary source code for our decentralized application. This is non-public, copyrighted material. They have made it public again.  
+
+Identity Fraud: The individual (using the stolen identity “[private]) behind this account has provided a [private] driver license (which is now reported as suspended) and a fraudulent U.S. Passport to us as a second form of "identification" to work for us in the past as a remote software engineer. The document is a confirmed counterfeit (wrong signature page, incorrectly formatted "Place of Birth" and MRZ check-digit errors), indicating this account is being used for criminal purposes.

+Evidence of Broad Scale Malicious Activity: Upon reviewing the https://github.com/Oogway77 profile, it is evident that this account is hosting source code from several other distinct organizations. Given the fraudulent identity used to engage with us, we believe this account is a "hub" for multiple corporate data thefts and concurrent extortion campaigns. GitHub’s immediate intervention is necessary to prevent further dissemination of stolen intellectual property belonging to us and other potentially unaware victims
