Use an array for
packageManagerindevEnginesas a workaround for dependabot/dependabot-core#13722 that breaks Dependabot updates. This is due to nodejs/corepack#729, which Dependabot uses under the hood. The fix is based on nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-vite-config#679, nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-vite-config@64400cd.Readiness Checklist
