We can ask cursor to refine this rule file 😅
Also, I would add a section to add the final keywords to final parameters and @NotNull or @Nullable annotations when using non-primitive Java types
Finally, add javadoc to all methods usable by end user and comments for "complex" methods

We can then iterate from here by adding other rules for other cases (like options) in another PR
