Bumps [tar](https://github.com/isaacs/node-tar) to 7.5.3 and updates ancestor dependency [@vercel/nft](https://github.com/vercel/nft). These dependencies need to be updated together. CI will fail on Node.js 18 tests

Upgrading @vercel/nft to version 1.2.0 introduces a Node.js 20+ minimum version requirement (as noted in the PR description's breaking changes for 1.0.0). However, the CI workflow in .github/workflows/test_node.yml tests on node-version: [18.x, 20.x, 22.x, 24.x], and npm test includes the test:vercel-nft script which uses this package. The Node.js 18.x CI job will fail because @vercel/nft 1.x doesn't support Node 18.
