Description
This PR updates the view so that there is the support to link another dashboard configuration available. The view will reference the dashboard as a link and the content of the dashboard will be loaded only when the tab is selected. The dashboard can be selected and linked using the configure dialog where the available dashboard will be displayed.

The current view only supports the single dashboard, where the widgets can be configured but the existing dashboard can not be linked.
What is the new behavior?
In the layout views, the existing dashboard can be added from the configure modal.
