Update workflows to use latest available GitHub Actions images.
Should resolve issue with failing ios build/integration tests in #3716.
Also,
macOS-13is not available anymore (see the attached screenshot) andmacOS-15-intelshould be a proper replacement for Android integration tests as per ReactiveCircus/android-emulator-runner#350 (comment)Breaking Change
