I've picked up the updated patch, the node and runtime updates into #141 along with the updated dependencies.

We can re-purpose this one to be about the automatic dependency updater. I have the same questions as just under flathub/tech.feliciano.pocket-casts#8 (comment) about whether we're allowed to do that in Flatpak repos, in general.

About the metadata changes, happy to include the textual changes if you have a separate PR for it. The screenshots however don't match the guidelines, they should use the default window manager settings (presumably, GNOME here):

@hadess Thanks for that, struggling with this one.

Screenshots should be fine I think - it's a fresh Ubuntu install & the only thing specified is "Take screenshots on Linux" rather than a particular distro.
Will need to add captions to them though to follow the guideline.
