MixedElement(and theVectorandTensorderived classes) must be at the very outside of an element specification.This means that currently
BrokenElement(MixedElement(...))doesn't work properly.This PR intercepts the
BrokenElement.__new__so that:and similarly for
VectorElementandTensorElement.
