This pull request introduces changes for Support for multiple .NET versions #5
The changes enhance the CI process, upgrade the .NET version, and improve the benchmarking framework. Key updates include:
dotnet-core.yml: Updated CI configuration to support multiple branches (but for now, just .NET 9.0).ColorHashSharp.Benchmarks.csproj: Targeted .NET 8.0 and 9.0, addedBenchmarkDotNetreference.ColorHashSharpBenchmarks.cs: Created a new benchmark class for Hsl, Rgb, and Hex methods.
