In Project Management and Project Panel tool Add a checkbox to sort the project files on Autoload, folder and filename and a StringGadget to filter the displayed items.
On Windows, reduce a little the flickering on ProjectManagement
Sort on Filename only, without autoLoad, it's simpler The ProjectInfoFiles() list is now local
On Windows, reduce the flickering 2 on ProjectManagement
InvalidateRect() is not enough, return to RedrawWindow()
Remove previous changes made to reduce flickering. It's not really satisfactory, as it has display problems here and there.
