This keeps them from being deleted when updating the PCB from the schematic and silences DRC warnings regarding schematic parity.
One GND via was deleted in the process

Hi!
I'm planning to make a BitMagic-Basic. As I went over the schematic and layout I decided to fix the DRC/ERC warnings before making other modifications like switching out footprints to fit the things I have available. I thought I'd share the first part :)
I've tried to split my changes up as much as possible, but it's still hard to make sense of the diffs because KiCad changes thousands of lines in the save files even for small changes in the layout.
I've made screenshots before and after my modifications so you can easily compare the difference - the most notable thing is a disappearing via at the bottom ^^
