Reusing BNB_WARP_SIZE instead of WARP_SIZE to reduce duplicate code.
warpSize has been deprecated in bitsandbytes-foundation#1762 as well but has been overlooked in common_hip.cuh. Keep this in mind when rebasing bitsandbytes-foundation#1748 onto main
