Revert split CI changes

Here's some feedback from the experiment in vertx-sql-client.

• splitting works as expected; it's important to name the scheduled worfklow differently for clarity in the GH Actions view
• since the scheduled worfklow is a separate file, you must browse to the all workflows view to get an aggregated view, but you can't select both the scheduled and push event in filters
• as a consequence of the previous point, you can't get a build badge that is green if the latest scheduled workflow or the latest push worfklow is green, otherwise red

Because of these GitHub limitations, it's not possible to solve the problem (low traffic projects workflow deactived) without creating another (impossible to get a correct build badge).

So, this PR reverts changes made in Vert.x SQL Clients
