Another step towards completing #1456
Some PNG icons were still missing their corresponding SVG files. This PR adds the SVG files which I could find in https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.images that are exact matches of the PNG we have in the Repo.

I think adding these files is not problematic from a Copyright/Licensing point of view, because they are coming from another Repo which is already EPL-2.0 licensed. @rubenporras @mickaelistria ?
