@tdykstra, we can fix this copilot issue I think in the new dedicated instruction for reviews on this repo. Copilot's new trick is to not only infer the current date (and get it wrong) but also create a new PR on the PR to change the ms.date to the wrong date it inferred (As a guess it is inferring from the topic history).
