This isn't needed anymore, because Retrofit executes the callbacks automagically on the thread that created the request.
(instead of inheriting MeteroidNetworkActivity)
The former one was deprecated with Marshmallow.
Also, adjust path for SpotBugs.
This reverts commit 8fbaa49.
As we now only support Android >= 4, we always have an ActionBar.
The old location was deprecated.
Picasso depends on 27.1, the view binding depends on 26.1.
