Summary

This PR refreshes the Enterprise page with the latest documentation from the devops-maturity-enterprise repository.

It updates both the English and Chinese Enterprise pages to include:

• the current enterprise feature matrix
• quick start and deployment guidance
• UI and API endpoint documentation
• runtime licensing and quota enforcement details
• pricing and customer lifecycle information

Why

The existing Enterprise page was still a high-level marketing summary and did not reflect the current product documentation from the enterprise repository.

Impact

Users browsing the Enterprise page now see the latest product and commercial documentation directly on the site.
