This updates to iroh 0.96.
0.96 is a major milestone towards iroh 1.0: It is the first release to use QUIC multipath in iroh. See the blog post for details:

There's currently still a known issue that sometimes holepunching does not start over correctly after switching network interfaces (e.g. switching wifis). A patch will release will come out next week likely.
