Updates ZDM diagrams to remove specific databases, adds official IBM colors from https://www.ibm.com/design/language/color/

The ovals don't look quite as polished as the ones in the original images, but the information is all there.

Optional: I think the arrows and "reads/writes" could be black. I'm a little concerned the yellow and orange don't have high enough contrast with the background.

I defer to @eric-schneider regarding use of Figma.

@aimurphy would you be able to re-review? I made some slight modifications to the text in the diagrams. I originally only planned on lower-casing "Origin" and "Target", but made the executive decision to go with "origin cluster" and "target cluster" since that's what's most prevalent in the docs.

About the ZDM process

~I don't see a change on the preview 👀 ~ I see it now. I had to reload.

However, in the Phase 2 image, can you change DSBulk Migrator to just DSBulk? DSBulk Migrator no longer exists.
