Overview

This PR implements a restaurant permit map for the challenge test.

Changes:

  • Add permit counts per community area.
  • Add year filter and fetch request from the frontend.
  • Dynamically color areas based on permit counts relative to the maximum permits in the year.
  • Added popups with community area details.
