Enable users to pass keyword arguments like transaction=False to Part.delete, which are then forwarded to the parent Table.delete method. This allows wrapping Part.delete in external transactions. Fixes #1276 Co-authored-by: dimitri-yatsenko <dimitri@datajoint.com>
