Adds a one-line comment to drive a real fork PR through the CI pipeline so we can confirm fork PRs hit the main-scope dep cache offline (no JFrog OIDC), and that /integration-test min-deps routes to integration-min-deps.yml. This commit is meant to be reverted before merge — the PR will be closed once the verification checklist is complete.
